"What bothers me isn't that Ayn Rand is attacked, it's that her attackers are so retarded."

Haha.

People's main problem with Ayn Rand seem to boil down to a single thing: she advocates "selfishness", and in their eyes this is a great evil. But she does not really mean the same thing that they mean by that word "selfish".

I think she means: self-value. She isn't saying people should be cold-hearted to one another, she is saying that compassion and virtue and self-sacrifice ought to be free choices that come from who and what you are as an individual, from your own freedom and happiness, rather than something imposed and forced upon you, taken by others.

The irony is that the truly greedy "selfish" people are those who demand value from others, who demand that other people give them value and benefit regardless if that other person wants to or not. They want something "for free" and think it is their right to get it, just like modern-day SJWs want free emotional validation from others and they go bat-shit crazy when someone refuses to submit to that demand.

A great Ayn Rand admirer was James Clavell, author of Shogun and Tai Pan, which is the best duet of novels on Capitalist Enterprise ever written that I know of.

"Of course professors don't like Ayn Rand, for the same reason that counterfeiters don't like counterfeit detection machines."

Hahaha fuck yeah, this guy has some great one-liners.
