What is prana? the young student asked the snake...
the snake fled.

What is prana? the thinker asked the bear...
the bear chased him away.

What is prana? the master asked the goat...
the goat gave him a ride to the village.

What is prana? Said the old man to the snake...
the snake hissed.

How is the tiger balanced?

Well, one way the tiger may be balanced is by focusing his energy on his 'patterns'.

what is prana, the hunter asked the tiger...
the tiger ate the hunter.

What is prana? the sun asked the flower...
the flower grew!

what is prana? the tree asked the bird...
the bird chirped and flew away.

Prana ~ sounds similar to the druidic ‘awens’ or ‘thought-wind’. It is something which winds through all of reality without break ~ but not like a line, it can be a poem just as much as a motion, an energy as much as a form.

In Druidry letters and words are originally formed in the three realms of existence [underworld, world, over world] and pertain to specific regions thereof. Sometimes the whole thing is thought of as a tree and ‘fews’ made of wood of 20 different trees with notches, cuts/lines or designs upon them, may be thrown as an oracle [similar to runes]. It is thought that poetry is derived in a similar way and hence both it, the narratives in a story and occurrences in our very lives are considered as magical.

It is thought that everything in the world and indeed the universe is brought together by this poetry.

/not sure where causality fits in lol but somehow the moon is at just the right distance and size to form the eclipse, just as people will come into your life in a manner as if it couldn’t be any other way.

I tend to see the world in this way. "Thought-wind" this phrase has stuck with me. I am not sure how causality fits into it either -- it would be hard to define thought wind in terms of definitional logic as James S Saint proposes -- I suppose that we, of the poetic ilk, have to be satisfied with less exact definitions of the universe.

It is simply true that occurrences in our lives, narratives, do correspond and respond to each other in terms of poetry. I think that this can be explained by taking consciousness as the ground for our knowledge, and consciousness is not purely logic or exact in the sense of "IF I do this THEN I KNOW" that happens -- also of "If I do this, who knows what might happen? Something unexpected, magical, beautiful may happen!"

And perhaps this points us to an answer of what beauty means -- surely it has to do with geometry, the golden ratio, etcetera -- but the truly beautiful also always carries an element of unexpectedness.

What is prana? the confused asked of the Rational Metaphysicist...
The metaphysicist gave a lengthy precise and detailed definition and explanation with exact examples.

Disappointed, the no longer confused, replied, "Oh."

What is prana? The man asked the Nietschean and the Rational Metaphysicist.
The Nietzschean danced, the rational Metaphysicist drew up a model of reality.
The man was now confused and walked away.

"What is dancing"? he now asked no one in particular. "Prana" was the answer.
"What is a model of reality? He asked. "A painting of prana" was the answer.
What is drawing a model of reality? He asked. "Dancing" was the answer.
What is reality? He asked. "A dancing painting of prana" was the answer.

Both more confused and clearer the man walked on, and knew what prana was, until he realized that he did.

"Why is prana so elusive?" he asked.
"What does prana elude?" was the answer.

The man walked on, understanding that prana eludes being its portrait.

"What is prana" A man asked another Nietzschean.
"The wil to power" was the answer.
"what is "the will to power?"" the man asked to the wind.
"Prana incarcerated." was the answer.

"What is prana?" a man asked a value -ontologist.
"the result of our valuing" was the answer.
What is our valuing? he asked further.
"Only you can tell" he was told.

He walked on and knew and said no more word to explain, but only to praise.
His prana started to increase.

Yet until his question was answered and he saw the portrait, he could have never been certainly free to dance.
