Ask him, Merlin now.  I was shocked too.  How or where do you backup an entire site without a PC hard drive?

This is a music thread, you owe me a song here.

I don't want you to be alone with no music.

You can just do text backups. It takes a bit of time, and without a pc its bad nuisance.
Its just... it takes effort to take down a forumotion forum, no effort to leave it on. So Joker was acting from motives other than apathy, he was actively destroying his and our work. That's pathological.

It was a bit stirring to read that he hoped for a 'community of nihilists'... lol. He truly doesn't know what nihilism is. It's so funny, Im still laughing when I recall that lament.

How did he expect people ruled by apathy and fear to gather as a community? These are the very people that cant be bothered to leave the tv-couch. A nihilist is someone who watches Reality TV and thinks that is what enjoyment is.

Yeah, that's funny. Kinda' like me saying we Anarchists are going to unite and rule the world.

One of my character traits is to be able to go off topic in the wink of an eye. But really, I don't consider it going off topic - it is more at one thought inspires another thought that is linked in my mind.

When Johnny Mathis first became popular I like the variety he brought into the then popular music. But then it seemed to me that there was very little variety in the music he presented and I just got bored.

I just finished a first editing of music from Ivory Joe Hunter. H was mainly a Blues artist but he did get a few songs to make it into the popular field like "Since I Met You Baby".

Well, string away regarding music but leave my boyfriend out of it since he isn't here to defend himself.  Mathis reminds me of

the early speakeasy singers, 1910-1930's. The more I listen to him, it's obvious that he feels little to nothing when singing.

No wonder you grew bored. Tiny Tim sounds speakeasyish too, but in a creepy way.

Funny. True, Tiny Tim had more soul than Johnny did.

"Soul" is very important to me in music. Even some of the Motown Soul music had no soul. It was just about money.

You are aware that I am an Atheist? I have a really large collection of Bluegrass music and there are some religious songs in the collection that I just couldn't remove because the music was presented with such soulful honesty.

There is even one early R&R religious song that is in my collection. This song:

MM, sorry for insulting your boyfriend. He seems to have been hurt quite a bit, I noticed hes made a thread for me on ILP. I am laughing, it's very flattering.

Maybe some day he will learn to appreciate his own writing. He's not at all without talent.

On that account, hes always welcome here. We tend to delete people who can't think or write, there are plenty of places for them online. Joker isnt one of these guys, he's creative at heart like Zoot. Both guys are their own worst enemy. As gifted guys from backwards environments so often are.

Im not going back to ILP, as the site scorns the people that work for it, and cherishes those that use it as a toilet. It selfvalues in quite shitty terms - spearheaded by its most active poster actually valuing himself as a turd. It got too stinky to stay.

Unrelated, my musical due for this post.

My post was an unwarranted attack, especially the track

through a stream from Capable, an olive branch

some shamanic intensity
my parents forbade me to play the saxophone my grandmother gave me. I ended up selling it for a nintendo 64 and some weed.

deep shame. I later on (or was it before??!?!) had a near psychotic drug episode in the form of golden tubes bending to become parts of greater tubes...

all is morality. Gold is good.

stolen cigarettes in a villa where outside is a prune tree, i sought escape and one slept in dense bondage.

(once saw these persons live where one man seemed to be making sound by brewing them from fluids out of a wooden machine with glass. It might have been an hydrosynthesizer, or just a figment of his imagination that transposed, through the music, upon my own)

Sauwelios bought this album one morning after we had gone through the night riding our bikes high toward the sunrise at Diemen, of which they say "Moscow, the Diemen of the East". We went into the city and had a sandwich and he bought this at Magna Plaza. We went to his house and played it while rolling more joints and Snadert came. Vindthart might even have been in the situation at one point, yes, he had a house and we were there. It was clear. It was misty. The weed, the name thats what it was.

Very nice. He was probably the last champion of the accordion. A death rattle in the 70's.
