I'm going to disagree with the idea that what Trump did there isn't relevant. And I don't have to defend Clinton or anything else deplorable to make that value-judgment.

I sometimes disagree with everything I have said.

I am just bothered by the fact that no Trump supporter I have seen is able to simply state that what he did there, publically mocking a man's disability, is not ok. We don't need to defend him 100% of the time, without discernment, especially where reasoned arguments for what he says or does are not even possible to be formed. Such an absolute and uncritical defense of him would be pathological.

Let's be honest and say that it's very good Clinton didn't win. And let's also be honest and say that it's sort of fucked up the president of the United States stood in front of a crowd and mimicked and mocked a man for having physical disability. These two value judgments are not mutually exclusive.

Capable, is this the clip of Trump's mocking of a disabled reporter? Is there a fuller version with more specifics? Or did the media take it upon themselves to spin this?

Let's face it, that man should never have been a reporter. His stutter was/is very distracting and it actually pisses people off. Trump got pissed. Give the man an office job.

Its an issue created to drive a wedge between people. One of these engineered political martyrdoms, the DNC sacrificed this very unqualified man by putting him in that position because they expected his arm was going to pay off for them.
It's all they ever do. Seek for weakness, and put it in everyone's face, and hope for something that can be interpreted as painful, and then enhance it a million times, for the sacrificed person to suffer as much as possible and everyone else to be spectator to it.
And then, when all have been debased, they claim the high-ground. (As in a debased environment, they have home-advantage)
I am more bothered by the child-crippling bombardments Clontin and Obomba are still perpetuating as we speak. But the average Democratic voter finds that rather extraordinary amusement!

Yes I understand your position very clearly I think. Another thing I thought of is that perhaps on some level Trump knew that he needed to do these sort of extreme behaviors in order to hack the public consciousness enough away from the neoliberal PC brainwashing vice grip that American society is currently under.
I give Trump a ton of credit for doing what he did. If you stop and think about it, it really is incredible that he won.
He is tapping into something primal, or at least more primal than whatever Matrix-illusions motivate the sjw crowd.

Yeah, it is obvious that most media are owned by liberals. The ones who preach socialism but won't give up a penny of their own money. The ones who are fanatically anti-abortion but who have never given a penny to organizations that care for unwanted children. The ones who preach peace and love but support going to foreign lands and killing men, women, and children so that they have a scure supply of gasoline for the autos.

This isnt the first time that you were the one to bring up an issue in such a way as to force me to go to the ultimate length in marking down my view on it.
Ive deleted several responses before my final one was in place, as I did not at first consciously realize that I do indeed see Trumps mockery as naturally distinct from the sort of facile mockery that I loathe. It had not registered with me deep enough for such a distinction to be made. I was quite uncomfortable and unsatisfied with my responses before that.
Part of the challenge of arriving at a proper judgment here is that one has to walk through the entire democratic party mindset. Thats not what you want to be doing with your day.
I share your sentiment, it is still properly incredible that he won. The second I had written that sentence down, the waitress spoke out the word "incroyable", by the way. America is doing better than ever, I'd say. It was on the brink and defeated its dragon. And that was pretty much the biggest dragon anyone had attempted to kill so far. Pretty cool, pretty neat.

FC/Capable,
Why are you so convinced that it was the disabled reporter he was mocking? He'd be more apt to mock a perfectly, normal

When it happened months back I just assumed the news that he did that was substantiated, now I understand it's doubtful. I heard this persons claim for himself as the addressee is" I always say I forgot my stories" - in any case there is no way for me to verify whether Trump addressed this person or not. If he did, my posts from before address my take on it, if he did not, my posts also deal with the engineered aspect of the story, which would then just be a bit bigger than I expected.

I found it to be that as well.
Comments were disabled on my version, plus about a 8 to 1 dislike ratio, the combination of which tells you exactly what happened, google blocks the comments because they are too pertinent and manufactures the likes.

I would legally frame it as defamation.
If it is the case that Trump did not mock that particular guy. Of course that cant be verified really. And I tend to think he did. But say, hypothetically, that he meant incompetent reporters in general, then anyone who placed this handicapped man in the crosshairs of world-attention so as to gain political points and forever make him famous as an incompetent victim, is pretty liable, its seems to me.

Yep. My opinion exactly. Just like Monica was a set-up for Bill.

Life just doesn't suck as much as they thought. They pushed the elvelope of depression beyond its natural threshold, they wanted to turn life into death and keep living. The Ontos prevented it. Historical necessity crushed its inventor. And hopefully, itself.

By Donclin itself, you figure?
I can't remember the details that brought me to that conclusion but it had to do with the people Monica spoke with and their links with the Republican Party.
And remember, Monica said prior to going to Washington that she was going for the purpose of giving Bill a blow job. (She told her friends that.)
