Yes, ...

but only if it is released as soon as possible.

Holding to rage, just like holding to hatred, will eat you up from the inside out.

It's not possible to say don't have these emotions because they come to us regardless. But to experience them and then release in whatever means appropriate, then et them go, is best.

(And note I did not say we should never act on these emotions.)
