When i bought my brand new voltmeter, i expected to find and measure exact currents in matter.
but it didn't turn out like i had expected.
Instead, there were random-looking readings, and things like tap water had the highest charge.
I had big expectations that flopped.
So now i am confused.

I have had the same experiences. I was expecting better accuracy based on the use of them while in the Army. the ones we buy in the stores today are nowhere as accurate as they were. But I suppose if you had the time to do the research and the money you could find one with far better accuracy.

My use of them doesn't require that tight of an accuracy so it's not a problem for me.
