I follow your thoughts here, and I think you're right in so far as Franco, Mussolini and Hitler are compared that the former is most Apollonian, for the reasons you give.

However, the only true Apollonian tyranny was the city state of Athens.
So you're not correct, as I see it - not totally wrong either.

You see a different portion of Apollon than I do. I see his cats, his dark arrows, his rain and his pathos of distance.
