Strength and weakness is probably the cool standard for the first or at least the english north american world. To call out weakness with the word weakness will have quite the polarizing effect like a magnet.

Yeah I noticed that. It is much more how strength is able to command.

I chose wrong words, was aware of that after.
It is more about positioning with respect to power.

But what you say suggests it is essentially a feminine culture, wanting a strong man.
Which suggests a queen is actually required there.

Mind you that a seasonal queen doesn't command in the sense of orders. She just ritually gets groomed and fucks on an altar in pubic and gets status for it that trumps that of mere seed-girls, she commands parts of the self-image of popular culture which will mature a bit because of this, and at the end of 3 months she retires back not her old way or something fresh that opened up for her.
