Part of my gymnasium exercises during my grammar schooling involved forms of dance taught to both sexes and a few were partnered dances such as Square dancing. Dancing has many benefits: physically, socially, spiritually, etc.

Dance is the activity of what some modern Chi Gong masters call 'the second brain'.
we see it as 'the gut', a zone of high electrochemical activity, the protocol of the Chinese is the practice there the 'inner smile' - and let the dance take over the subconscious, which is the body and its waters...
I suppose the second brain is a kind of physio-emotional gyroscope.
