yeah I admit, when I talked about Russians, I almost gave Fisher as example.

Yeah, just saw that in the news. It may have been the Supreme Court setting limits on what District Courts are allowed to do. District Courts are for districts, not the entire USA. They have no business in national policy, especially when it is so blatantly obvious.

Washington makes decisions regarding immigration, not Seattle, Washington.
